about me

I'm a 22 y/o grad student living with my mom and grandmother when I’m not at college! My schedule is inconsistent at best because I currently take care of all of my grandmother’s needs while I’m at home!

I have a cat. Her name is Mimi. You might’ve seen pictures of her on my main account @platinumacnh.

All proceeds from this shop goes towards my college living expenses + rent this fall because I don’t want to burden my family with those costs!

01ㅤI dm'd you on Twitter! Why haven't you responded yet?
For Islands: I will only DM those who have requested a service through the form.

For other inquiries: It depends on my own availability as my schedule is very inconsistent

02ㅤAre you @PlatinumACNH? Why the 2nd account?
I made that account solely for giveaways while this account helps organize transactions and promote the shop without shoving prices down your throats. I now sell some services, but that doesn't mean that account's purpose has changed!

03ㅤCan you fix connection errors for us or provide refunds?
Connection errors caused by your party and someone leaving quietly both count as strikes. 3 strikes and your session will be terminated and no refund will be issued. If I disconnect a session, your time will be paused and I will add a few minutes to make up for it. This will not count as a strike.

04ㅤDo you have X/Y/Z on your island?
Clothing Island: I have every color variation of hats, tops, outfits, bottoms, shoes, accessories. I DON'T have socks, umbrellas, and bags. If you need anything specific that's not available on my island, let me know and I can get it for you!

Treasure Island: Please check my map for what I have! If you're not sure I have something you're looking for, you can double check by requesting it on the form!

Villager Photo Island: I have 9 photos of each (391) villagers in the game! I may have more depending on the popularity of the villager in the popular section (see map). There are also flowers (plants, not picked) you can take home, or royal crowns by the airport!

05ㅤDo you have discounts/benefits for multiple bundles/loyal customers?
As of right now, no. However, this is something that I am considering for large orders/returning customers and is in the works!

06ㅤCan I upgrade/downgrade a session time? (example: 1 hr to 2 hrs, or 3 hrs to 1 hr?)
Only before the session starts and you arrive on my island, I may be able to adjust your session based on my personal schedule. No upgrades/downgrades are allowed halfway through the session.

07ㅤCan I split 1 hour with my friend for the base price? (30 mins for both of us?)
No. You and your friends will share the time. This way, if a clothing item is misplaced during your session, it will only impact your party.

08ㅤCan I split a session? Do 1 hour one day, and another hour another day? What about if I buy an additional hour next time, can I still get the discounted base price?
No. Sessions must be done in full time! If you choose to leave early, that’s on you. If you need to reschedule before the session starts, I may allow it depending on the session size and my schedule. Discounted base price is done per session. If you buy 1 hour for $15 and decide to buy another 1 hour session another day, it will be $15.

9ㅤDo you sponsor giveaways/can you partner with me?
As of right now, I don’t feel comfortable sponsoring people who aren’t mutuals with me/are people I don’t know of. Sorry, I will most likely only be sponsoring friends!

10ㅤAre 3 hours enough to catalog everything on clothing island?
No. The whole island has about 4,000 pieces of clothing to catalog. 2,000 takes about 2-3 hours. My hope is that customers can catalog clothing they want… so 1 hour sessions would be most ideal!
